UNSIGNED. MANIFEST carries no OpenPGP signature.

No secret signing subkey of the Keel Linux archive key was in the keyring of
the build host when this release was staged, so nothing here is signed and
nothing here may be presented as released. Verify the digests by hand, and do
not configure this content on an appliance.
